Question: I've looked online and in the adjustment guide but do not see any directions on how to switch nose pieces. Can anyone tell me
Answer: I don't know if I'm doing it right, but I hold the nose piece with one hand and try to gently twist one of the lenses until it pops out. I then repeat the process with the other lens and push in the nose piece I want. It sort of feels like I'm breaking something when I take them apart, but that's the only way I've found to do it.

Answer: It depends on which set you order. You can select Color - some sets are clear and others tinted. I ordered a tinted set and like them.

Question: What does AC size stand for, or mean
Answer: Air conditioning; it has patented space-age micro pores (tiny holes) in the frame that, through the most advanced air-flow technology, will actually cool the air between your face and the lens. It's from NASA. I had the same question. I'm still not sure what the difference between AC and "one size" is.
