Answer:	The foot bed and sole can be wiped, but as far as the straps, I haven't had to clean them yet. But when that time comes, I will wash them on the delicate cycle and air dry. These shoes are durable and are perfect outdoor shoes, I like to use them for kayaking.

Answer:	I wear a size 9 in most shoes, but often go down to an 8 in sandals because my feet are very narrow. My right foot is also bigger (Longer) than left. I bought these in 9 and the right fits perfect. The left is a little long, but is narrow enough to feel comfortable. There is a tiny amount to tighten, but it was enough for me and I went on a walk today and they were not only comfortable, but fit well. With sandals that are too wide I notice I have to curl my toes to keep them from slipping and causing blisters. No problems walking in these!
