Answer:	For coveralls you will want to go off of your Chest Measurement and Height. Regular length is recommended for 5'6'' - 5'11'' and the Long length is recommended for 6'0'' - 6'4''. Each item should allow you to select those two sizes

Answer:	thats hard to say, it would depend on you body structure. meaning i am 6' tall and 257lbs. i could fit into a 48 long but since i have a gut i need a 52 long. the 52 gives me the room for the gut and the long if for room from the crotch to the shoulders. a 52 reg would be too tight in the crotch and too short in the legs. i dont think you will find better pricing than Amazon. If you have the time go by a place that sells work clothes try on some of the coveralls to find a good fit then order from Amazon. other wise i would say at 6'3 you would have to start at least at 54 Long
