Answer:	The Brother ADS-2800W document scanner is not compatible with a 5Ghz Wi-Fi connection.
Question:	What are the toner refill cartridges
Answer:	The Brother ADS-2800W document scanner has the ability to scan to a CIFS network folder using the scanner console, if using Windows OS.
Question:	Can this printer scan multiple pages from feeder tray
Answer:	You can only configure the naming convention. For example: myscan-{date_goes_here}-{#}. So If I scan 3 documents on the same day, they would be saved as: myscan-11816.pdf myscan-11816-1.pdf myscan-11816-2.pdf. You'll have to rename the documents after they are saved. You can also set a default location that doesn't have to be the desktop.
Question:	Is this printer suitable for a home usage. Will be printing less than 1500 pages a month
Answer:	Sorry, I can't answer your questions directly, because our company made the decision to buy the ADS-2800W instead of the Fujitsu ScanSnap ix500 for several reasons (listed below). However, I can provide some other comparative information about the two scanners that might be helpful in making a buying decision. We are using four ADS-2800W scanner workstation to digitize many hundreds of thousands of documents. In order to provide any useful access to the digitized documents after the scanning is completed, it's important to assign filenames that identify what the documents are. That means entering unique filenames and selecting the appropriate destination directory BEFORE scanning the file. I guess it might be possible to set up some touchscreen presets that assign generic filenames, dates,...etc., but we have so many documents to scan that we need the ability to apply some very specific file naming conventions. That means we have to use the scanning software on a computer. So, while I'm sure the touchscreen shortcuts would be very useful for certain kinds of scanning operations, we haven't found it helpful for what we're doing.Nevertheless, we knew that up front. I bought and personally tested one ADS-2800W before recommending to the company that we choose and buy multiple units of that scanner for our document digitizing project. I can tell you that everyone who is working on the project is thrilled with the ADS-2800W's performance. We've been using four of them for the last six weeks and we've had no problems. I should mention that Fujitsu's specs for the ix500 do not include the daily duty cycle, which is a maximum of 1,000 pages per day. I had to contact Fujitsu to get that information. By comparison, the ADS-2800W's duty cycle is 2,500 pages per day, which is much better suited to our requirements. If you intend to keep the scanner working all day, the ix500 won't handle the workload, according to Fujitsu's own unpublished duty cycle data.There are several other limitations of the ix500 that you should consider before you make your final selection:1. It cannot scan to third party applications, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or any other applications besides those that are provided by Fujitsu. That and the relatively low duty cycle were insurmountable deal killers for us.2. It cannot scan directly to a USB stick (flash drive). It can only scan to a flash drive if it is connected to the workstation computer that operates the scanner.3. It cannot scan directly to a network drive or server. Like the flash drive, the network drive or server must be connected to the workstation operating the scanner.4. Although we use multiple platforms and operating systems, we decided that the best platform for our scanning operations is the Mac (OS X). We felt that Fujitsu's commitment to supporting the Mac was less robust than Brother's. That wouldn't be a factor for users who don't use the Mac, but it was for us.We were impressed with the ix500's reviews, especially with the comments on its paper handling abilities. But after using the ADS-2800W for several weeks scanning many thousands of documents, I can tell you that its paper handling performance is superb. I can't say how it compares to the ix500, but we're completely satisfied with its performance.

Answer:	I've been using this printer and its predecessor 3250 with my Mac for many years. Paid over $300 originally. I'm buying another one right now. I don't think it uses Bluetooth. I then downloaded the driver from the Cerox website (it did not have one specifically for the Catalina OS, so I downloaded the latest version driver and it set up just fine. It also prints from my iPhone using AirPrint.

Answer:	Before you buy, get someone who knows for sure, but if your version of Linux supports USB and you can install generic drivers, I imagine so. However, I don't know if the special functions will work, such as using the sheet fed scanning.

Question:	Does this have built in fax
Answer:	No. This printer has no scan function. By "feeder tray" I assume you mean the bypass tray, which can print a reasonable quantity of envelopes or other odd-sized stock, or 8.5" x 11" stock, but the Phaser 6510/DNI does not scan at all. There is another Xerox model that includes copy/scan functions that may or may not be part of the 6510 product line, I'm not sure. Obviously it will cost more. The 6510 DNI is not an all-in-one. Sorry.
Question:	Does this have an ethernet connection
Answer:	I use the 6510 as a personal printer and it is more than up to the task. Aside from everyday documents, I make color photo prints for myself as well as family and friends. Print quality is razor-sharp, and colors reproduce beautifully. The 6510's large footprint might be a problem if you're cramped for space, but operating costs compared to any inkjet more than make up for it. 5-pack bundles of HY toner (2-BK, 1 ea. CYM) go for less than $60 on Amazon. cartridges for my inkjet cost about the same. HY inkjet cartridges gave me 200-300 pages at best (they dry out) compared to 4400 pages for black toner and 2400 for the colors. You'll save a ton of money on expendables and get dramatically better prints with the 6510.
