Answer:	It depends on the model. Some of them are smaller. My daughter has a long model size 9 US and the short one same size. The long one is a little bit large (good with thick socks) but the short model is quite tight (ok only with thin socks). It is due to the shape (this short model has kind of curve on the back). Answer:	I love them. I have had Uggs for decades but bought the Minnetonka because of the Minnesota connection. The Minnetonka outer suede is a little more stiff than the Uggs. It's no big deal. I think the Minnetonka boots run a little small but it's possible they feel that way because of the stiffer suede. I think they are very nice boots.

Might be comparing apples to oranges here based on activity levels.
