Answer:	It depends on your arches and if your feet pronate, supinate when walking. I have high arches and pronate. Bought Spenco high arches to replace inserts that come with shoe. Replaced shoe liner and Wow! So comfortable for 18 hours. Sturdy sole makes pronation near impossible. Likely Supination too, but I can't speak to that. Love this shoe! Ordered 4 colors total. I'm a 7 wide and the 7 gave me room in toebox, not too much, just enough. With high arches, the "sock" part is a bit snug, I can only wear thin socks. Which is fine, I live in warm climate. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It has very decent support, I also have flat feet and almost exclusively wear walking shoes. I find these incredibly comfortable!

Answer:	They don't have any support - you are not going to get support from a shoe that is predominately mesh in the upper. There is nothing to keep your foot from pushing out from the sides, and to be a good walking shoe, you need that side support. Also, the support for the arch is lacking and the foot bed is squishy. Others say they are comfortable, just don't plan on doing any real walking in them.

Answer:	The main difference is just more firmness to the shoe...it holds your foot better, the part that comes up and around your ankle is higher than the 2, and it just feels like it's holding your foot in, so there is a foundation in the shoe itself and you can feel it just by handling it. It doesn't collapse when you scrunch it. I bought the other one 1st......and now I can't wear it at all, because I need a "solid firm fit", so the 3 is firmer.

Answer:	Yes. I have orthopedic prescribed insoles to relieve Morton's Neuroma, I pull out the existing inner sole, and insert the orthopedic one, no problem. For Morton's, I did move to the Wide Shoe, at the advice of my foot doctor. They are readily available in the RYKA line. Such a plus for a shoe company.
