Answer:	Whatever it is, it's NOT 24K gold plated!! When I received this bracelet, it broke off my wrist in about 2 days. Made very poorly, sorry I fell for such crap. 24K does not mean it's real gold. Gold plated means that the garbage underneath the gold is just plain old tin, and maybe they put a little gold on top of it. You're better off going to a real jeweler and getting a real 14K bracelet, at least that's real gold. You may have to pay a little more, but at least you know it's the real stuff. Also the clasp on the other one was very cheap looking and like I said, it broke off after 2 days. Don't was your money!!

Answer:	Ummm i don’t know what you mean by turn? Like most will rotate but you don’t feel it or know it. Once it’s clamped into place it’s one piece so it can be fluid to move around in the piercing comfortably. You should be turning and rotating your hoop anyways so that it doesn’t get caked up.
