I think if you have full on top breast get the dd. I have bottom full breast and this shape looks smaller then full on top breast even if they are the same cup size. The C cup I bought is the same size as a 34C, 32D, 30DD, 28E. I was a 30dd when I bought this and it fit well. Now that my breast and ribcage changed after pregnancy I am a 32dd the cup adds a little quadro boob. If you just want coverage for certain tops this bra works.
