Answer:	I find the underwire substantial enough to hold my D cups with no slippage. My true band size is 39 so I bought the 40. It just fits so if I order again I would go up one size. The cups are unlined and semi sheer so there is some visibility of breast through the fabric. If you have large nipples they may protrude a bit. All in all I am quite satisfied with the bra.

But many British manufacturers recommend a different sizing method than US manufacturers: (1) measure the circumference of your underbust as tight as you'd like your bra band to be. This number in inches, adding one inch if needed, is your band number (31 inch circumference, for instance, would be a 32 band). If you are muscular, sensitive or slender, you may prefer to add 2-3 inches to your underbust measurement, or you may not. A band should not ride up while you wear it, and should not feel painfully tight either. (2) Determine your approximate cup size by leaning over and measuring your overbust at the fullest part. Subtract your underbust from your overbust. A one inch difference is an A cup, a two inch difference is a B cup, and so on: A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH... You may not find your exact cup size on the first try, and in general could be about one cup smaller or larger than your measurements indicate. Answer:	Sorry so late responding...They have underwire support and adjustable straps...,However, there are NO underslings on the bottom inside of the bra cups...It does have sideslings for sideshaping...I miss the cup underslings for a little more support, as most bras have them. I mostly wear this bra to attract and tease men (you will be successful at a 36D in this one!), as it is SO sheer, your shape shows through, Totally unlined!!! The material is course enough to keep nipples erect, so it is GREAT for showing off, and that is a plus without having to bob around. ...But it won't give you extra boosting if that is what you're looking for in a bra. The straps are a little skimpy, too. Overall, if your breasts aren't full and firm already, I would skip this as an everyday bra.

Answer:	There is a soft lining in the cup - I've had no problem with it and I'm a 44DD - I actually could go down a size - this bra is very roomy but comfortable - I've been wearing Bali for some time and they always tend to be small around (circumference) - more so than anyone else I've tried. I think if your used to a normal 42 (not Bali) you will be fine at 42. Having said that, I do prefer the Bali cup shape - this one though, does a very good job of minimizing. Answer:	I am a 38 B & ordered a large. Fits perfectly.
Question:	Will the X-large fit a 40 band size
Answer:	I don't know as I haven't seen a band 40 yet. I am a band 32 & bought a small which fits perfectly. On this basis, I reckon the X-large could fit a band 40.
Question:	If I get the black one is it see through
Answer:	Yes, all of them are sheer lace.
Question:	What size (small, medium, large..) would be the best fit for a D cup
Answer:	I'm not sure. I got a large and I am between a C and D. Because it is all lace, I'm sure it will stretch-I'm just not sure it will offer very good coverage. Sorry I couldn't be more help
