Answer:	I used several types of these as I was losing weight that I'd been trying to drop for years. These breathe better then some and if you get the correct size It Will help shrink the area from the ribcage down to the waist. If you have a problem with them rolling up use spandex shorts or panties (Tommy tucker type with this will help even more with the belly) Pulled over the waist trainer will keep it in place... I went from an almost 40inch waist to a 31inch waist (and from XXL or XXXL waist trainers and tshirts to small end of medium) And from a 16-18 down to a 12 (in skinny Jean's even) . And after couple years still have 31-32 inch waist...
