Answer:	I'm a 38DDD. I sized down from XL and ordered size L. For the way my breasts are, the L holds me in perfectly for running without having to wear two sports bras. I do have to do some adjusting before going running. We have to do that anyway, but adjusting these only takes once. When running, your boobs are happily held in. For your 38H, try the 2XL, going by the by the bra cup order of D, E, F, G. Hope you like them as much as I like mine. I just ordered the 5 pack because these work so well for me.

Answer:	I'm lounging in mine as we type, lol. I'm a 36DD and got the XL. I'm curvy, too, so I have all the issues that go with that. These are comfortable and offer a decent amount of support. My neck and shoulders aren't hurting like a lot of sports bras make them, and they're not cutting me anywhere. No way could I run in it, but that's not what I got them for. I will wear them out as regular bras, though.
Question:	Why do I have chemical burns after wearing your bra
Answer:	You’re probably allergic to something in the fabric or something that was sprayed into the fabric. A lot of sport fabrics have chemicals that are awful for our skin. If this is the case for you, washing it won’t solve the problem sadly (it’s happened to me in the past.) If you can’t return them, the best thing is to donate them. I hope amazon will refund you for this.

Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend it. I think it’s the perfect fit as is. Plus, after a few washes they’ll be even more snug.

Answer:	Mine only lasted three months in rotation with four others. Bit disappointed coming from Bali. All the seams inside literally fell apart. Hand washed only.

Answer:	I would like to recommend the Hanes Comfort Flex Fit Style G796 for your sister. I too wear that size dress and have found the G796 bra very comfortable in size 3X. Additionally, it has a hook closure in the back which the bra you are looking at does not. In the store I found that getting the bras off that had no hooks almost impossible to get off. With the 3X G796 bra it is large enough to leave hooked and slip over my head and also is comfortable to take off the same way. However, IF there were problems getting it off all you would have to do would be to unhook it. Also, the bra fits very nicely with good support and is very soft and comfortable. Highly recommend it, especially for someone bedbound.
Question:	Is it lightweight? I actually need it because of hot flashes while sleeping
Answer:	I would say that it is light, although it is not like gauze would be. I don't feel as if I have to take it off when I get hot flashes at night, but not all hot flashes are created equal.
Question:	The size chart uses numbers 1 - 5 while the actual product is sold in S, M, L. Not sure what to make of this. Recommended size for 36B
Answer:	I'm a 40 D and I initially purchased a 2XL. The 2XL was actually too big so I ended up returning the product for a XL. I recommend you get a Large. The bras are fitted but I washed my bra & it shrunk a little.
