Answer:	I use this brand of nails all the time. You can use any polish you like and the nail will hold it. I've used gel and regular polish with great results. Kiss is the best brand I've found.

Answer:	I don't use acylic. I just use a dehydration solution, and nail glue. But i file a little so there is a rough surface for the glue to adhere to. You can also watch some false nail tutorials on youtube. I hope this helps.
