Answer:	Well, it depends on what you prefer in a robe. I'm 6' and 225 and I ordered the 2XL/3XL and it is very roomy. I like to have a lot of slack in my robes, so it's OK for me, but the Large/X-Large wold probably be a good fit for me as well. The size chart says the L/XL is for a 52.7 chest size, so you could go by that and order the one that is closest to the size you wear in suits or coats. The robe is long and roomy and very well made so you could very well get along with the S/M which is for a 48.8 inch chest if you like the robe to be snug.

Answer:	A matter of personal taste. I'm 6'3" and 160 lbs, and I opted for 1XL/2XL. The result fits me like a tent, but it has the advantage of coming down to my ankles and draping down almost over my hands. For lounging around home, I'm comfortable wrapping a tent around myself and being adequately covered, instead of having a better fit but maybe not quite enough material for ankles and wrists. But others may prefer the look and feel of a better fit. (Some numbers: Product page says S/M has 6" less height and 1" less sleeve length than 1XL/2XL (and the excess width of the XL size effectively (and clumsily) increases that sleeve length).)

Question:	What is the length of the xxl
Answer:	I am a 2x myself. I ordered the 2x/3x for 2 reasons : 1) I like a little oversized robe for comfort and 2) shrinkage (although there is a small blend). For me the 2x/3x worked out perfectly. After 3 washes, shrinkage has been minimal (just enough to justify motivation #2) but the little bit of oversize makes this robe very comfortable for me close/1x would not have been comfortable for me. I will say I had some concern about the material but after wearing I discovered I like the material (light, cooler than heavy robe and reallyvlike wearing a heavy duty T-Shirt) so much that I ordered 2 more to have ready for future use.
