Slide support leg into support rail and lock the support legs in desired position.
Insert the included Square Tube into each side of the Tube Rail while pressing both spring bottons. Release bottons at the desired length.

Answer:	Yes, they run a little small. I usually wear a 6 1/2 but since the Euro size 37 for that included the size 6, I went with a size 38 and glad I did.

Answer:	Yes, the foot bed is soft. The only problem I had was the ankle and foot shaft was too tight. I had to get them stretched. If you have a slim foot and ankle its perfect.
