Answer:	My husband wears size 10 and the LARGE fits perfectly on his SEARS DIEHARD BOOTS; and his TACTICAL BOOTS WITH STEEL TOE & RUBBER SOULS. Google them to get an idea of the boot shape and size might help you get an idea to compare with the boots or shoes you're planning on wearing. These ice cleats may look small but they stretch easy enough onto my boots with a snug and secure fit, and are easy to put on and off again.
Question:	How do I put these straps on? I cannot figure it out
Answer:	I had the same dilemma. You can see in the picture at what point the band attaches.( I will refer to the Velcro piece as the band and the spike piece as the strap.) Taking the Velcro band, place it under the spike strap then thread the Velcro band into its metal loop. At this point the band will be attached to one side of the strap. Thread the end of band around the other side of the strap closing the Velcro over on its self. Good luck.

Answer:	It all depends on the footwear. I chose an extra large because I wear the spikes over a hiking boot size 11 and it is slightly loose. I do prefer that because I am not over stressing the micro spikes fit over the boot. If it was over a regular hiking shoe I would have chosen a large. My advise is size 8 woman's hiking shoe takes a small, a size 8 boot would be a medium.
