Answer:	I would suggest large since you're on the slim side but if you are curvy and because of your height XL. Answer:	If by work you mean like construction, then no I would not recommend. If by work being inside and outside and on your feet a lot, then yes absolutely. I bought the same size as my regular shoes and wear regular socks, heavy socks are way to hot for me. They do keep the water out. My feet are always dry. I have them on right now as I write this.
