Answer:	Because 200mm fans don't have to spin very fast in order to move a lot of air they're actually pretty quiet. I don't believe the RPM on them can get very high either so even at full speed they'd still be pretty quiet compared to a smaller fan that has to spin at a much higher RPM to get the same amount of airflow.

I would recommend to check temperatures if it’s higher than than 50-60 Celsius under load and 70-80 with load then would either replace the thermal compound with a new layer if temps don’t change then would recommend to replace the whole thing

Answer:	Yes there is. As you can see there’s a little precut slot on top which actually has a slot for an optical drive. Just pop it out from the inside. Worked for me.

Answer:	No, it does not fit ATX 9.6x12 motherboard, only a square 9.6x9.6 board.
