For something like lipstick and lip liner, we can all see the advantage of a waterproof lip liner, but I have never found lipstick or lipliner or gloss that isn't waterproof never a problem. It doesn't smear on your napkin or food. I think L'Oreal products are the best I've used. I also use Maybelline. What I don't find particularly good is the NYC brand. I have several of these; several L'Oreal lipsticks; I have about 100 different pieces of lip liner, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, eye shadlows of various offwhites, grey and blue, and coverstick, liquid base, powders. In my opinion, L'Oreal's products are the highest quality. Maybelline is also good. But L'Oreal has the best. |
