I think I would go with an 8 if your foot is narrow, and an 8.5 if your foot is wide – typically you drop a size going from mens to womens. And these shoes have more of a classic womens shape I think (narrower and longer overall). They really do adjust well to your foot shape. I like to wear thin wool athletic socks, so if you like a thicker synthetic sock like Thorlo then maybe go up a size? |
