Question:	What comes after 10 toddler in terms of sizing
Answer:	Per the drop down box on the sizing it shows 11 Little kid would be the next size after 10 toddle. My daughter is 10 y/o and wears a 5 Big Kid. I originally orderd a 4 Big Kid. She tried it on and it was snug across the toes. I exchanged for next size up and she has plenty of room. She can even get a thick pair of socks in them. I don't think she will need a thick parin. She says she is warm, and they are comfortable. For a molded boot they are light and not to cumbrsum for her to walk in when out shopping. Her only complaint is they make her feet "HOT" when she's not outside. But for just in and out of stores quickly she will be fine. Not a boot to wear all day at the mall.

Answer:	You have to convert cms. to inches, thus multiply 23 cms x .3937 = 9.0 inches When buying a boot then ask the vendor what size will fit a foot with 9 inches long. Some times the inches are not equal to the size number, so you need to contact the vendor for this.

Answer:	These would probably be too big. My 4 year olds wear an 8 Toddler which is the smallest size they have. You probably need a 5 or 6 toddler size.

Answer:	I'm not sure exactly how many inches they are, but the wide width are definitely very wide. My son has very wide feet and I order these in this size and they fit fine even with 2 pair of thick socks on and still have room to spare.

Answer:	They come up to my daughter's knees - she's just shy of 37" tall. They measure approx 9" tall using a straight ruler from the ground up, outside the boot.

Answer:	I haven't tried the boots with AFO braces, but I think if you sized the foot-part correctly, the ankle-calf section of the brace would be accommodated by the expanding part of the boot.

Answer:	The best bet you have is to measure your sons foot (have him stand on a piece of paper and trace his foot and measure from heel to toe). The size chart has the heel-toe length for each size on the most right hand column. This is how I got the right size.
