Answer:	It's frustrating that all the size charts for the Nautica pants on amazon pull up as sweatshirts up to size 6x! What is that about? On the actual Nautica clothing website, their size chart states that for a size 10, the pants are 24.5" - 25" waist. For a M(10/12) 12 it is a 25.5-26" waist That is just how it is stated and I don't really understand it. And for a size 14 it is 26.5-27". There are no inseams stated but unless your grandson is proportioned other than the ordinary, the inseam should be in keeping with the waist within an inch or two (can you sew?!).
