It stretches over my tire and the (approximately 2-inch) metal tube extension that holds my Yakima Sparetime bike carrier.

Answer:	I can not say yes but I put mine on a 16” spare for a dump trailer and the tire is not as wide as a lt225 and it is tight on my spare. Had to stretch it to get it on. I don’t think it will fit.
