Answer:	I got the 3T for my 18 month old girls and they fit comfortably. They weigh between 25-30lbs so I think the 4T would probably be small for a 3 year old depending on his or her size.

Answer:	Not sure how long they are. They do stretch a bit. We have a soon to be two year old that is nearly 37 inches tall and 40 pounds and they fit fine. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Sure but I really don't think it matters. A heating pad gets warm through and through.

Answer:	Mine measures: LOW = 17 watts and High = 35 watts. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It is approximately 78” long from edge of pad to plug. Partway down is an on/off and low/high temperature control. From the edge of the pad to that control, the cord is heavily insulated—I assume to reduce pet chewing issue.

Answer:	The pad is excellent but I do not think that it is wise to keep a cat outside in 9 degree weather with or without a pad!
