Answer:	So this might not directly answer your question but I ordered an adult size Small last year and I am 5’3 3/4” and at the time weighted around 150 but I was also 20 weeks pregnant and they still fit pretty decent lol! So I think they should work but I haven’t tried them on again yet to give a good answer on how they would fit me now. But I’m pretty sure a small would fit you fine but if you’re wanted a bit bigger I’d go with the Medium.

Answer:	5’9” 198 lbs female: I got the XL to accommodate my pear shaped body (round bottom and hips and thighs.) If you are slimmer, the Large. These stretch if you wear them every day like I did. They go from comfy to significantly sagging. In fact, the flap sags down from my butt to my thighs looking ridiculous! I was wearing 24 hours a day though during the Coronavirus Stay Home Order. I bought a few of them and they were my all-day wear. When I washed them they successfully returned to original size (and did not shrink smaller in the dryer).
