I would actually describe it as being on par with one of those disposable cameras you bought for a few dollars and turned in the camera to get developed in my experience. I use it for taking pictures of my work schedules and other things and it looks a little grainy at full resolution. If you want to know what it's capable of do a quick search online for a review of this that shows them using the camera, just keep in mind they are probably using it in ideal lighting, possibly using a tripod as well and a good photographer behind the camera who knows how to get the best out of the phone. So it's a YMMV but typically most people won't get such good pictures as those review sites.

Answer:	I'm not familiar with "cat mate", but I can describe these filters for you so you can compare them. These are about 4" long, 2.25" wide and about .25" at the thickest point. They are soft filters, kind of like little pillows, with stitched edges that slide into grooves in the pet flow fountain. They are not enclosed in any kind of plastic or metal. Hope that helps.

If towers in your area operate on 1900 MHZ Frequency in the US it will work as 2g phone in your area. Note: 1. I have seen it locate 3g on with T-mobile service in the US with it's status bars, However the phone does not function (no calling or texting) when connected. Again I believe this is because of the Frequency the phone and the local T-Mobile network operates on. Note: 2. As others have stated "#1 USIM slot has 3G capability. 2nd slot is only for GSM(2G)". So no matter what your service providers or local network has for coverage in the area if you have the sim card in the #2 slot you will only receive 2g coverage.

Answer:	It is locked to T-mobile. So "no", it does not come unlocked. Aside from that it has very limited frequency support, so it will not work on most other carriers. But is is quad-band GSM, so will do 2G voice calls on most. if you ever manage to unlock it.
