Answer:	Mostly just roasted nuts with salt. They have some candied pecans and the fruit is dried but it looks like the mango has additional crystallized sugar on it. Answer:	Sorry: This will depend on which one of the gift boxes you choose. All tree nuts are non GM but if the nuts are oil roasted, you could have an issue with the oils source. I also saw corn nuts in some of these packs and corn in the US is almost 100% GM. Similar issue with the fruit. Some are natural but others are sugar infused. This includes the pineapple, mango, and I believe the papaya pieces. Both HFCS and beet sugar can be used for sweetener infusion and both are usually GM. Best to stick with dry roasted or raw nuts and standard unsweetened dry fruits like peaches, pears, apples ,apricots, dates and raisins. if this is an issue. You do realize almost all the fruits are sulfite treated so not considered natural although vegan and gluten free.
