Answer:	Yes, I believe so. I have not visited the Ukraine, but I did a quick internet search and it seems they have 3G and 4G networks. This phone is compatible with those networks. You will need to buy a SIM card to put in the phone (and phone service). The SIM is micro sized.
Question:	How do i uninstall all the at&t crapware? it does not show up in list of apps
Answer:	You can't *uninstall* them without rooting the phone, but the apps only take up space in the ROM, where you can't store data anyway. You can easily disable the junk apps though, which will get them out of your way. Go to Settings (it's in the all apps drawer if you can't find it), Apps, then swipe left a couple times to get to the "ALL" tab. Tap on an app you don't want, uninstall updates (if the option isn't there, none are installed), then clear data, and finally disable. You'll never see the app again anywhere other than way over in the "disabled" tab of settings->apps.If you do root, you can use an app like Titanium Backup to remove apps from the ROM, and move other apps of your choosing into that space.
