Answer:	I have found that the camera gets to got in the enclosure and as it heats up it distorts the camera lens. Once it is off and cools down again you get a good picture until it get to got again. Try unplugging and letting totally cool down, if you have a good picture and then later it distorts this is probably your problem also. On the recording I can see and hear the lens when it distorts.

Answer:	I have reolink some cameras 520, 820 and they do not fit the holes on this product. They do work with reolink billet cameras such as the 810’s 510’s
