Answer:	Trail and Error as it is for ALL phones. If you really want to be certain with ANY phone to no rely on a cell network in challenging structures, then I suggest logging on to available WiFi networks, and that fixes any access to tower due to power problems.

Answer:	This is NOT an Amazon Variant phone (unlike some past Moto G's). However, you can easily donwnload the Amazon App from the Google store and get all the same features/functios, but you will hve to sign in ONCE to have the "Alexa" associated to your particular Amazon account.

Answer:	While I have not activated my Moto G Stylus 2021 yet, I did activate the Power version a few days ago (Verizon network via MVNO Total Wireless), and YES, I am having the same problem: can NOT receive any text (nor any notification of voicemails recorded--this may be to Verizon using text messaging to notify of voicemails recorded awaiting playback.)--BUT I get informed of missed calls, and ALL other notifications and ALL other communications such as phone and gmail ALL work PERFECTLY. While I can SEND texts to others and they received them, I can NOT RECEIVE any text at all. This problem has been reported on forums in recent days, so this seems to be some sort of network goof, and NOT likely the phones themselves. Someone reported that 4th level support at Total Wireless fixed the problem remotely, but that a few days later the not receiving text messages problem returned, and this has been a common experience with others using other MVNO's or Verizon. This problem is NOT isolated to any ONE MVNO or Verizon. Again, I suspect some mess-up relating to the network, and even those who were able to edit their APN settings report that has NOT fixed the problem. People reports having done all the "tricks" and common fixes to NO success. Those who have taken the SIM card out of the Moto 2021's and placed in another phone state they get a flood of texts that had been sent to them earlier, and then put the SIM card back in the Moto 2021's and STILL get NO texts received. Again, I think this is a software/network matter that Verizon and MVNO's need to get fixed PRONTO because the fact that 4th level tech support at Total Wireless can fix this problem remotely--at least for a few days on one case--this tells us that something is going on with the network and/or SIM card, and NOT our phones. In my case Total Wireless had to open a ticket. If they tell me how they fixed it, I will post on here.
