Answer:	I was able to figure it out, and then threw out the case due to this absolutely defective design that may cause some frustrated owners to damage their iPhone trying to get it off. What I did was not to try to pry from the corner, but instead I went up about an inch or two from the right side corner, got a thin tool in-between the top and rear cover, and pried up the top and got an opening started. I then pulled up the top cover while moving down towards the cover and got it to snap off. After that, I spit on the cover and threw it away.

The magnet is strong and I'm sure it would work but as a rule of thumb I avoid putting anything directly on the phone just for fear of later damage when or if you wpuld want to remove the magnet from the phone. Also not sure if the phone case would fit under the case without their being issues. I currently have my magnet on the phone case on my phone and that works best for me.

Answer:	As it comes it holds my CC and drivers license. However, I took an exact knife and cut out the back where the CC lie flat. Now it can easily hold 2 CC's and drivers license. If you're worried about the back side of your phone getting scratched up then try this. Put a piece of packing tape (or your tape of choice) over the back of the phone where the CC's lie and it won't get scratched. I had a TORU case for my iPhone 5 which held 2 CC's and 1 license. For me, that is essential for me to carry so that's why I modified the iPhone 8 case. In terms of structural integrity it really didn't weaken the case at all and still snaps shut and stays closed nicely.

Question:	Is the part that holds the phone soft rubber/silicone or hard plastic? Hard plastic always tends to crack and it's hard to get your phone in and out
Answer:	It's rubber/silicone. The previous case I ordered was the hard plastic and quickly broke. This case has been much more sturdy and reliable!
Question:	Has the magnet on this case cause any effect on anybody's debit/credit cards
Answer:	The case has not had any effect on any of my credit/debit cards and I carry 4 of them in my case since July of 2016. I do put them in in separate slots so the cards do not rub together.
Question:	how many cards can I realistically pack into this and still close the cover
Answer:	I have two cards in the top slot, one in the middle, my license in the photo slot, and two cards in the slit along with a folded up $20 bill. It closes nicely with all of this. However, if you put anything else in, the magnet will have trouble staying closed. This cover is so worth it!
Question:	How comfortable is talking on the phone (no speakerphone, bluetooth etc.) when in the wallet? Does it feel too heavy? Can you hold it close enough
Answer:	Totally comfortable and no it's not too heavy. I really like it for several different reasons. It is better quality than I have had before so it is a little thicker, however, not too heavy. And yes, you can hold it as close as you need to.
