When that came off, I thought maybe it was just because it wasn't brand-new. But I opened a new pop socket (from the actual name brand), and it still came off after just a few minutes of use. I don't want to add other glue or anything to it because I don't want to damage it or the case and I want to be able to switch it out etc, so I think I'm just going to have to look around for a different case.

Answer:	Yes they are very hard to press. I have several cases. The buttons should be clicky, similar to using without a case. On the Torras, you feel like you have to mash the case against the buttons. Not good at all. The ESR case and even my 6 dollar MOKO case give you nice clicky buttons. IF the button functionality concerns you, don't buy this case.
