Question:	what is the recommended age range for this product
Answer:	My experience is with the 14” bike. Having read reviews with the chain falling off or the training wheels loosening, I first loosened the back wheel. I then put a piece of wood between the frame and the back wheel. I used the wood as a lever to make the chain taut, and then tightened the nut as I kept tension on the wood. I then attached the training wheels. We have had this bike over 4 months, I have never had an issue with the chain.
Question:	My son's head is 21" in circumference. Will this fit his head
Answer:	I haven't had that problem-my issue has been the training wheels loosening needing tightening every couple days. Sounds like they need to replace it if the chain always slips ugh....otherwise I really like how it rides for him.

Question:	what ages is this recommended for
Answer:	My son's head is 20.08 inches in circumference and he is 27 months old (2 years and 3 months). The Paw Patrol PP78357-2 toddler helmet barely fits him - I have to force it down his head. He is not comfortable in it and wants to have it taken off soon after. I will be returning it. I was hoping that "adjustable" would mean it would fit him but the adjustable part only helps at the lower back side of the head (behind the bright yellow trim) and there is nothing inside that adjusts where the top part of the toddler head goes in.
