Answer:	Same with mine. Touch id is useless, have to keep using my code to access the phone.

Answer:	They rubber seal is relatively easy to put back in the seal groove. It should work fine. Just make sure you put it together and do the water test before you put the phone in.

Answer:	When placing your iPhone into the case, insure the silence switch on case is either above or below the phone switch to allow it to be pushed in the opposite direction. Up- above to push down and visa-versa. If case switch is below phone switch being already up it can't go any further up.

Answer:	It's not 100% accurate, but will show a full charge reliably. Its a great product for traveling.

Answer:	The battery should last about 3 hours, That is if you don't keep it on for long periods at a time. I film about 15 min at a time and get right at 3 hours out of it.

Answer:	The unit I got did not come with any sort of user guide, the instructions are imprinted on the back side of the unit (from which the AC plug swivels). It reads: 1. Insert battery into charger, observing positive and negative poles. 2. Plug charger into AC power outlet or 12V car outlet using car adapter. 3. LED is red when charging and green when charging is complete. 4. Unplug charger and remove battery. Battery is now ready for use.Seeing that the ad states that these are 3.6V cells, and the charger states that the output is 4.2V, these are without a doubt Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries, as those are the industry standard "nominal" and "fully charged" voltages for a LiPo battery. The terminal voltage of a battery which has just been removed when the indicator switches from RED to GREEN is 4.17 volts, which is only .03 (three one-hundredths) of a volt below the maximum terminal charging voltage for a LiPo battery, at least with the charging unit I received. I recently did rather in-depth research on LiPo batteries, and the fact of the matter is, for long term storage, they are best stored at about 60% of capacity, with a terminal voltage of 3.8 - 3.85 volts (in real life, this is impractical, as you don't want half dead batteries in your camera bag). So the bottom line is, I would say that you should follow the instructions on the charger and remove the battery as soon as reasonably possible once the indicator has changed to green, as there is no such thing as a "trickle mode" for LiPo batteries. Also, excessive heat is an enemy of LiPo batteries, so avoid storing them in a hot car or any other excessively warm location. Not that one would normally ever do so with something like a camera, but it isn't necessarily intuitive with batteries. Hope this helps...

The European outlet adapter fits 220 volt house outlets as are found in Germany and other European counties, as the charger can accommodate both American 110 volts and European 220 volts without making any adjustments. Answer:	The thing about the narrow strip by the speakers - I have a CandyShell case for my 3Gs (on my third case, but that phone is from 2009) and that is the place where all 3 of them have eventually failed (the skinny strip eventually cracked and flopped around, though it does not harm the snug fit of the case or function), *BUT* I have never had a ding on my phone. At all. And I have had it since 2009. I am thinking about getting a new phone now, and my first step after picking what one I might want was to see if they still make CandyShells for them. Answer:	No...you have to take the case off wach time. That was the only draw back after I received it and my cord burned up. The case is great though..holds up great.

Answer:	My daughter and I both have this case for our phones. Neither of us have had it long but the glitter is under a laminate or another layer of something - it's not rough - it's smooth and protected. None has come off thus far nor do I believe that it will. More likely to get scratched or worn down from wear depending on how rough you are with your phone and just basic use, in and out of your pocket, purse, bag etc. For the price, and the protection its worth it and very pretty!

Answer:	It is not super bulky. The case is thick and protective. Probably bigger than most cases. The rubber parts on the top, bottom and sides do make it difficult to slide into a pocket, wristlet, or anything with fabric. The rubber pieces almost "grip" the fabric. I have dropped my phone, and the case protected it. No crack glass or other issues. I will gladly keep a bigger case if it keeps my phone protected. Overall, I am very happy with this case and I love the color!

Answer:	Open the port covers for the power cord and headphone jack, and the silent button. Grip the open port covers and gently pull the rubber cover away from the plastic case. Then separate the plastic case at the side clips.
