Answer:	The straps hold the batter firmly, I have not had it slip or move and have used for many hours.

Answer:	I've used various shapes and sizes with mine. It's a matter of personal preference. Some people like it heavier in the back for example. The one I use the most is flat and wide. Seems to work best for me when the weight is distributed over a larger surface area.

Answer:	I was going to buy this product soon but after looking at all the photos that people purchased for the quest 2 , there is no silicone protective cover included on someone's unboxing and other photo of someone's quest 2 without the silicone protective cover, so the plastic hooks and parts is exposed underneath it, and it looks painful wearing it
