LADY GEL FLOW SADDLE
Designed for road and off-road use, the Lady Gel Flow Saddle has a special anatomic cut-out combined with a gel layer to provide excellent comfort to the "soft tissue" areas by offering greater flexibility at the front of the road bike saddle. This combined with a thin layer of silicone gel helps to absorb road vibrations so you can ride longer and more comfortably. This women's bicycle seat has a shock absorption system between the shell and the rail to reduce road shocks and vibrations even further.

The Lady Gel Flow Saddle is part of Selle Italia’s Gran Turismo line of saddles, rich in design as well as comfort.
The new look features silver and dark grey details to emphasize the elegance of the saddle.

| Answer: | I don't think so. As pictured, these shoes have a 3-bolt pattern. SPD pedals fit a 2-bolt pattern. The Shimano name for the 3-hole road pattern is SPD-SL. My lack of certainty is because I am not sure this question and answer will be attached to the right product. Anyway, you can see for yourself if the shoes pictured have 3 holds on the bottom. The 2-hole pattern usually looks like 2 slots with 2 holes each, so it looks like 4 bolts, but you only use 2 at a time, there are more there so it is easier to place the cleats appropriately for your fit. |
