Answer:	No, no buttons to press. It is a friction fit so you just adjust to the angle desired. I have had mine (2 of them) for about 2 months now and so far they have stayed snug and easily hold their angle (until you adjust to a different angle).

Answer:	Who would be able to answer that? I will say that the stand is substantial in weight and we'll worth the price. I've found that the swivel is very tight, smooth and reinforced, I seriously doubt that loosening will be an issue for some time unless you plan to crank it up and down excessively. With normal use I can't imagine this will loosen or become appreciably wobbly.

Air Vent Application

• It is recommended to use air clips for horizontal blades, not for vertical, cross, and round air vent.
• If the weather is getting too hot, please use the air vent clip instead.

Suction Cup Application

• Flat & Smooth Dashboard: If the dashboard is flat and smooth, please install the suction cup directly on it. (The dash pad/red sticker is designed to create a flat surface, so unnecessary for a flat dashboard).
• Textured & Uneven Dashboard: The dash pad is for one-time use. Before mounting the suction cup on a Textured or Uneven Dashboard, please press the pad hard for 1min and let the dash pad sit for THREE DAYS to have high stickiness.
• Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup and pad after using for a long time can restore their stickiness.
• We do not recommend applying the suction cup on the leather, wall, or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong viscosity and attraction. In such a case, please install it on the windshield or air vent instead.

Phone Case Application:

• If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
• Please note that the thickness of the phone case’s back should be less than 0.24in. It is not suitable for ring case.

Question:	How do you connect the phone holder to the bendy pole? There are no instructions enclosed! Its just a ball at the end of the pole ? It doesnt fit
Answer:	There is a plastic nut that goes onto the goose neck bendy part first, you then snap the ball joint end onto the back of the Phone holder then you screw the plastic nut to secure the balljoint in place. Check your packages for that piece, i hope you have it. It might be screwed onto the back of the phone holder piece.
