Answer:	Instructions for set up were not very clear but setting it up was really easy. Have not checked the range. My two old laptops only work with 2.4 Ghz but my new laptop works with either band. Answer:	That would depend on the wall receptacle if it is a grounded receptacle and you have a 120 volts reading between the hot side of the receptacle and the screw that holds the cover plate on then yes it would give you your ground .If you do not have the 120 volt reading then NO it will not give you your ground , in most cases in this day and age it probably will give you your ground , I'm 75 years old and in the old days it was not uncommon to not have a ground . Your house would have to be really old to not have a ground but possible .

Answer:	Just got back from a 15 day stay in China and uses the adapter throughout with no problems. Used on 240 volt supplies and even on 120 volt systems, encountered no problems. Even here in the states when I only had a single 120 V plug, when I wanted to connect multiple UPS cords the adapter worked without any problems. For a laptop or any other piece of equipment verify that the laptop or Kindle, iPad whatever, doesn't draw more power than the adapter is certified for. So you should be fine as long the total doesn't over power.I would just pay attention on the input voltage and output. Most electronics have built in converter, accepting 100-250Volts. Our GR-8 power strip works more like a travel adpater, not a converter.The input range is 100-250V which means it will accept any voltage but on the output side AC will be whatever voltage you plug in. The surge protection on most power strips are usually achieved through 1) diversion of a voltage spike to a grounded plug (as you mentioned), or 2) internal components that act as a voltage clamping device. Answer:	I'm not sure on watts allowed, however, we were able to utilize all 4 USB ports and charge our phones, tablets and cameras at the same time without any problems.

Answer:	If you look at the power specs of your device, check the AC input voltage requirements. Most items will be able to accept anything from 110-240 volts. If it says that, you can just use the adapter. If it can only accept 220 volts you need a power converter.

Our product package will include a universal plug that will allow you to plug in the power strip to Type C wall outlets, but unfortunately not H or M. You may need to find a specialized adapter for your trip to ensure you will be covered no matter where you are in Israel. Regarding your question on surge protection or "frying your devices", the two things to check are the voltage and frequency of the current being delivered through the wall outlet, and the input ranges of your devices. Our power strips offer a wide range and will pass along 100-240V / 50-60Hz, so Israel's 230V / 50Hz will be passed through with no issues, but your device must be able to accept and receive such current specs.
