Question:	When cooking food, do you ever put water in the bowl (when the recipe says "water level2", does it refer to the water in the steam reservoir or bowl
Answer:	You fill the bowl with water to level 2 for example (because the bowl is marked with measuring levels 1,2,3) then you pour the water into the reservoir before you start cooking/steaming. When the food is cooked, you will see that the water or the steam went through the food (that's in the basket) back into the bowl. Does it make sense? Then you can use that water (that now has all the nutrients) to blend the food or formula. In the small booklet that came with it, at the end, there's a table showing different food with level of water recommended (for example, if you are cooking meat/chicken , water level is 3, most fruits water level is 2)

Question:	How do you clean food out from inside the handle
Answer:	We are happy to tell you that our blending bowl is designed so that you can separate the parts for a thorough cleaning! The outer-design of our bowl is made up of 3 parts: the bowl itself (which is one solid glass piece, so the food inside does not come in contact with anything in the handle), the base (ring at the bottom), and the handle. Because of small gaps, it is possible for water (or even food) to become trapped inside. For a step-by-step instructions on how the bowl parts can be disassembled see below: Take the blade out of the bowl for safety (remove blade cautiously, as it is sharp) Put the bowl upside down Disassemble the plastic bowl base (simply unclip it) Put the bowl right side up again Using a thin knife blade or flat head screwdriver unclip the bowl handle from the inner top portion of the bowl. See attached video. Once the cover is unclipped, you can slide the plastic handle down to disassemble and clean it For a video showing how to remove the bowl handle, please click HERE. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the two flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Using an electric mixer, beat in the butter, milk, and maple syrup just until a stiff dough forms.

3. Sprinkle a clean work surface with flour. Transfer the dough to the work surface and roll it out to ¼-inch thickness. Using small cookie cutters (about 1 ½-inches wide), cut shapes from the dough and place them on the baking sheet. Re-roll and cut the remaining dough. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
