Answer:	Since the magnets are built into the electronic device and encased in plastic, I advise against submerging it in water or putting it in a dish washer. We recxomend using something like a Clorox wipe or alcohol wipe. If you worry about chemical residue from such items. A lightly dampened paper towel can be used following the sanitation wipe. A paper towel LIGHTLY damped with warm water could be used if the kitchen surface type wipes are not available.
