Answer:	These pads are "regular" absorption, meant for day. So yes, they work for incontinence, we have had customers use them for this case. Answer:	I bought model V65EN. It came with a wired digital controller. The installer did not run the wire into the house and mount the controller indoors. He simply set the controller at 120 degrees and left the controller inside the unit. If I want to change the temp, I have to take the cover of the unit.
