Answer:	I don't know if they can but I can tell you that this one is kosher food grade, non GMO, colorless, odorless, and tasteless. I can also tell you that 99% of vegetable glycerin is derived from palm, soy, or coconut oils. Beyond that I cannot say. I use this for vaping so I verify it's quality and safety as I've never had an issue with it. I hope this helps but if not contact the seller and perhaps they may fill in what I could not.

Answer:	It is not bad product, they just use the cheap components and materials that made it short life

Answer:	The pot is made of glass with the metal/plastic piece attached under it. The part that might be tricky however is that it's a large pitcher and the tea bag string might not be long enough. Answer:	I got the 400 ,manual one so it's not gonna stop until you press the on/off button.

Answer:	I don't use a cartridge filter. I use water from a Reverse Osmosis system instead. The ROS is more economical in the long run and it removes the minerals in the water as well so you don't need to descale the hot water dispenser. But you need to take multi-mineral supplement (come with multi-vitamin supplement to compensate mineral lost in drinking water. Consult your doctor for taking any supplement. Check the instruction or contact dealer for how long the cartridge filter last.

The trap is a small square metal dish that slides on and off rails that are affixed to the grease drainage conduits. You can wipe or pour out the grease and wash with dish soap.
