Answer:	Under "salt" the fda allows to use any kind of salt, including msg and do not have to list it. Go figure. I can just imagine this 'salt" since that is the cheapest kind of salt on the market so far. So i would contact the manufacturer for the exact broken down ingredients. Lots of people are allergic to msg yet even fda allows it to be hidden under 50+ other names multiple times in a product including "seasonings" as well. Look up msg names.
