The Cabbage patch dolls are a bit wider, and larger around that the standard 18" dolls, but the inside of this bed is 10.5" wide because of the way these 18" dolls arms lay. As long as your cabbage patch does not measure more than that width you should have not problem at all ( The length shouldn't be an issue as it is 19.5" on the interior laying surface) Between the bunks we designed room for the dolls to sit up, so that shouldn't give you any trouble either.
