Answer:	After comparing the pink to the purple...the pink one has two bigger 0.29 Derma rollers. The 1200 needle and the one that is 12 needle, use for topical skin ( nose?). But I found out that I need at least the 0.50 or 0.75 or even bigger to work on wrinkles. Pink less in cost, bigger roller and nose thing. Purple offers less with higher costs.

Answer:	If you use quality skincare products, you can see results almost immediately. I use Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil and Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment Serum at night. In the morning, I use Sunday Riley Juno Facial Oil or CEO Glow Facial Oil and CEO Vitamin C Brightening Serum. These products combined with microneedling 2-3x week have made my 39-year-old skin look like I’m in my 20’s again. Answer:	Fill a bowl with water and soap and agitate in the water to remove any blood, skin, sebum in the device as always alcohol will not remove this. Be careful not to hit the needles against the sides of container, and then rinse with water. You can then leave it in 70% alcohol solution for several minutes, remove from alcohol and allow to dry. Clean with alcohol as well. This is the suggested method for the .5mm or greater, but still seems like a good idea.
