Well I'm not sure we've ever had this question before! haha So I'd say if you think you might make them bigger than you intend, to first test the look out at home on a night when you don't plan to go anywhere, and just go easy at first. But usually you would just wait for them to go down in a few hours, as the effect is really temporary anyway. That said, I suppose you could try something like a cold rag maybe to get them to "deflate" faster?
