Answer:	Shoes are kinda narrow and are a one piece fit, kinda like a slip on so not ideal for wide feet. I wear a 13 wide and went with a 14 just so I could get them on. Even still they are kinda tight in the width, hoping they will break in after some use.

Question:	Can someone verify the dimensions? Is it 13" wide, 6" deep, and is it really 19" tall
Answer:	They are excellent for weight lifting, have good support, but not a lot of cushioning. I made the mistake of wearing them to work one night, was on my feet for 12 hours, and was dying the next day. I think they would be good for crossfit though, just not great for running.
