Answer:	It's hard to get the lid off when it is fresh out of the freezer, but it's a lot easier once it thaws. I usually take it out in the morning and by lunch time it pops right off. Fresh out of the freezer, you just need to force it a bit. I think in this case I usually up it in the microwave for a minute or so before opening it and finishing the cook time. It might also help to put it under running water for a minute. I do enjoy these containers. They have made taking leftovers to work sooooo much easier.

Answer:	I microwave mine all the time. No issues. I open the vent to let steam out when microwaving. So far, no staining, no bubbling, no melting. Answer:	I paid $11.90 for one 21.8 oz bottle. I felt pretty foolish when I found it at Walmart the next day for $2.83.

I tend to now buy a pack of the smaller bottles unless I know I will be able to go through it i.e., Sometimes I have a heavy work week and don’t have time for coffee every morning, or it’s summer and too hot for me to want as much coffee. If you are using for more than one person, it’s great. But I would recommend getting the pump because it gets crusted/crystallized (also what happens after a month or so) from pouring and difficult to use/maintain. The packs of bottles are nice because you can easily go through one a week and just open a fresh bottle, they are also easier to pour.
