Question:	I just opened my second bottle and i'm concerned. its nothing like the first bottle. it is thinner than water. i can't even put it on
Answer:	I’ve been purchasing this product many times over the last year ... and have even given it as gifts. It works great but their production/quality control is inconsistent. At its best it has an ultra smooth and silky gel-like quality.... as is typical of the same product from other brands. Unfortunately, it often comes through as a very thin liquid, watery, which makes it challenging to apply and not nearly as satisfying an experience. Dr. Song, if you’re reading this a lot of people have this complaint. Please fix this production glitch.
Question:	My bottle was not full (only about 3/4 full). Is that normal
Answer:	This is the first time I bought this product. It was wrapped in shrink wrap and almost to the top full. Definitely more than 3/4 bottle full.
Question:	Do I need to apply a moisturizer after using this
Answer:	Depends on how you are going to use it. I have done a few different ways. But I also bought his Vitamin C serum because I know that hyaluronic acid can be a bit aggressive in a good way for tightening your skin and purging your pores while shrinking them. First time I just slapped it on my break out areas to see more or less if there would be any pain or burning. Worst comes to worst it'll just destroy everything in that spot which I would have eventually done myself. But it was gentle yet firm. I could definitely feel it immediately hitting the main problem areas. When I washed it off it just slipped right off like a gel. But about 10 min into my face drying ... Wow it was really really tight. So I used his serum. Which almost added to the dryness at first. It felt like I had put another mask on. So I waited and my skin felt soft but it was really tight still. I used his vitamin c serum and added a few more drops of jojoba oil, vitamin E oil and calendula infusion oil. That was the jam. Face felt great. A little over moisturized at first then it just slowly ate it up. Next morning I woke up with 5 major major Mount killamenjaro sized painful bright red and full of white puss pimples. Soooo I suggest start light, don't cake more stuff on your pores. Let them breathe let it tighten and feel a little dry so a very light moisturizer after. That's if you are going to do it as is just the acid to face . I use bendodite clay for my masks and scrubs usually I create them as I go depending on what my skin is doing that week. So the next time I mixed it with an exfoliating mask I do twice a week which has apple cider vinegar and powder milk as a few of the 7 ingredients. When I took that off, i had no need for moisturzure . And that actually eliminated the 5 pests without any gross boil like cuts and obnoxious scabs. I think I just got over excited to used the product I didn't do any toner or quick scrub before and all the dirt that had been just chilling got trapped with this product. Which means it was doing it's job it almost immediately takes control of your pores once u apply it. So just take into consideration your normal skin type , how often you exfoliate and really get a good pore cleansing , and what your plans are for the next 5 days just in case you wake up like I did. Answer:	Yes there is. It says, "Contains less than 1% Phenoxyethanol" It is funny because I bought this product because it was one that did not list any alcohol, but it is there nonetheless. It seems to be a nice product, but didn't like that they were not up front about the ingredients. It also has purified water.
