Answer:	It’s been some time since I took this brand, but if I remember correctly, it is a small orange capsule, not a pill. It will take a couple of months but will make your nails wonderfully long and strong. FYI, if you need bloodwork done be sure to get off for about a month. Answer:	I would not even call it heavy. 1-2 drops (not pumps!) added to your regular amount of hair conditioner revives it a little bit, but it 1-2 extra drops makes my hair so greasy that I have to wash it again. So be careful with it. It is oily! If you would like add some body to your hair try gelatin hair mask. And maybe even add argan oil to it. Works great for me.

Answer:	I put about two droppers in my color mixture, demi permanent and permanent. When the cuticle opens during processing (in the case of permanent color) the oil penetrates inside the hair shaft, when normally it would only stay on the outside. My hair is always really shiny and in great condition after I color. I think it's because of the oil. I've done this for many years. Just be sure you're constantly stirring or shaking the mixture to ensure it's blended.

Answer:	I had a breakout initially when I started taking this. I used Dr. Lin acne spot remover to take care of that. That dried out my skin, and got flaky, so I stared using Cardon Men's 2-in-1 face moisturizer (I've never used face moisturizer in my life), and that got better. I haven't had a breakout since then. I keep taking this every day and I think my skin and hair looks better now. I also still use the moisturizer, so maybe that contributes. I also can't get a haircut because of COVID-19, so maybe that all plays into it. Either way, I used to take another brand, and I feel better with this one. The initial breakout could have been ridding my body of some contaminants, so with zero medical knowledge, I recommend this product.
