Answer:	I had similar issues when I first received the product. I unscrewed the top, swirled the cream around a bit and then resealed it. A few pumps later it began to work. Give that a try and if it still doesn't work you might want to either contact the seller or just use it by opening it. Also, make sure you removed the little clear rubber piece that was blocking the hole :)

Answer:	I've had success eliminating hyperpigmentation on my forehead pretty quickly with glycolic acid. You can buy it inexpensively in high concentrations and dilute it yourself. Choose the ratio of glycolic acid:water, depending on how much you're willing to put up with peeling skin to get faster results, or a weaker solution for a slower process.

It is a diterpenoid and an alcohol. It is convertible to other forms of vitamin A, and the retinyl ester derivative of the alcohol serves as the storage form of the vitamin in animals.When converted to the retinal (retinaldehyde) form, vitamin A is essential for vision, and when converted to retinoic acid is essential for skin health, teeth remineralization and bone growth. These chemical compounds are collectively known as retinoids, and possess the structural motif of all-trans retinol as a common feature in their structure. Re: animal testing... the final product can say it wasn't tested on animals but it doesn't mean the ingredients that make up the final product weren't tested on animals. I think any of us on a quest for younger-looking skin shouldn't do it at the expense of animals on laboratories. Alba, Avalon Organics, Jason, etc. usually have some really good vegan & cruelty free options.

Answer:	Yes, it does work. I definitely have a decrease in my facial and neck wrinkles. I use this product three times weekly as it can be drying. On the other nights I use a moisturizing cream I get on Amazon with Vitamins C and E and hyaloronic acid. Then Once a week I use micro A retinol cream. Differin 0.1% just came out over the countered. It is a milder retinol cream. I think most of use need a combination of treatment. This combo works well for me. I think I shaved a good 10 years off of my appearance. Good luck.

Answer:	Celiac affects the skin - those of us with this condition can get horrible rashes from gluten when eaten OR applied in skin-care products. It's a valid question.

Answer:	Hard to say. I bought it for, what I think I would call crepy legs. I haven't seen much change in that. But my hands that looked like sun baked clay, look awesome and my husband says my face looks fantastic. Soft and smooth.

Answer:	Well, my arm wings & throat are crepey (I’m 61) & I look at my mom’s 84 yo legs & notice her skin below her knees sags. I want to try to prevent the below the knee sag & try to improve my throat & arms. So I guess wherever you have crepey skin or are trying to prevent it would be good.

Answer:	Most clinical studies show skin improvement (texture, thickness, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, collagen levels) after 6 months of daily use of retinol. Retinol is 1/20 strength compared to retinoid/tretinoin so the results are more subtle and take more time. Some improvement of photoaged skin can be seen after a few months but results are more significantly after 6 months. Keep with it!

Answer:	I have used this with all my other beauty products. I used hyraloric acid serum under at times and other times I have used retinol serum in combination with this moisturizer. Answer:	I've been using it about 2 months. One container lasts about a month if careful on amount used. It doesn't seem to have permanent improvement. I'm 73 yrs old and skin is thin and many fine lines. When I use this the small lines disappear and skin has a smoother surface appearance. Deep lines don't show much improvement. I'm planning to continue using it.

Answer:	I think the first thing you need to do is pull out the tiny rubber plastic piece. It’s in the middle of the pump where the hole is and discard it. I was confused about the pump too until I pulled out that piece with my nails. From there you just press the whole pump down and the lotion comes out the top. You don’t need to turn it upside down just push down and wipe the lotion off the surface.

Answer:	You have to understand the deception that these companies use to tout their products. The product as a whole is about .25% retinol. If you notice, they don't say "this cream is 2.5% retinol" they say it "contains 2.5% retinol" which means that is one ingredients and when mixed with the rest of the cream results in a concentration of about .25%. Most of these have a concentration of .25% to .5%. The highest that anybody is going to put on their face is 1% and some of the better ones have this concentration. To compete with this, the companies selling weaker ones resort to the fake numbers to trick you into buying it. You could accuse them of lying, but technically what they are saying is "true", just not the truth.

The % is listed as "by volume"; the volume of the bottle is 3.4 oz (95.2g). 95.2g x 0.025 (2.5%) = 2.38 million per bottle (700,000 iu per ounce). However, make sure you check labels for iu advertised by ounce or container. I have seen creams claim to be 8 million units but in the fine print say "per container". Thus, making a 4oz. container only 2 million iu ounce. see less
